Below is an overview of the preliminary schedule, including important dates leading up to the conference and the planned schedule during the event. Schedule Leading up to the Conference
- 2024
- December 16: Abstract submission opens
- 2025
- January 16: Abstract submission deadline
- February 20: Abstract acceptance notification
- March 31: Full paper submission deadline
- May 20: Full paper acceptance notification
- May 30: Early bird registration deadline
- August 15: Participant registration deadline (for those requiring a visa)
- September 5: Final participant registration deadline (for those not requiring a visa)
- September 24-25: Conference dates
Preliminary Schedule during the Conference
- Day 0 (Sep. 23): Pre-event, Student Forum
- Day 1 (Sep. 24): Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speeches, Technical Sessions
- Day 2 (Sep. 25): Technical Sessions and Closing Ceremony
