Schedule Leading up to the Conference

• December 16: Abstract submission opens

• February 5: Abstract submission deadline
• March 5: Abstract acceptance notification
• April 16: Full paper/Extended abstract submission deadline
• May 31: Full paper/Extended abstract acceptance notification
• June 30: Early bird registration deadline
• June 30: Participant registration deadline (for those requiring a visa)
• September 16: Final participant registration deadline (for those not requiring a visa)
• September 24-25: Conference dates

Preliminary Schedule during the Conference

• Day 0 (Sep. 23): Pre-event, Student Forum
• Day 1 (Sep. 24): Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speeches, Technical Sessions
• Day 2 (Sep. 25): Technical Sessions and Closing Ceremony
